tournament dates are tentative until the permits have been issued from the authorizing
Agencies and
are in my possession.
There will be annual dues of $10.00 to become a Northeast member and a one time fee
of $5.00 per member for the Big Bass Pool for the 2011 season. At the conclusion of our last event 100% of the
money collected from the Big Bass Pool will be awarded to the team with the biggest fish for the year. Each tournament
will cost $110.00 which includes $10.00 for the lunker pool for that day and 80% of the total less the lunker pool will be
paid back to the top 3 finishers in each tournament. Cash only will be accepted at the ramp for registration
the day of the tournament. There will be a five fish limit per team which allows an angler to fish alone should
his partner not be able to fish a particular event. Club members who pre pay for a tournament by mail prior to the event
will be placed on the blast off list in the order in which they are received. The lowest starting numbers will go to
those who pay first. If you plan to fish an event and wish to pre-pay you may send the entry fee to:

** Any tournament that is scheduled outside of New Jersey, i.e. Candlewood, will require
the entrance fee to be pre-paid no later than one week prior to the event. No one will be allowed to register at the
ramp the day of the tournament. We would need a minimum of ten boats to make this event worthwhile. This would
guarantee a three place payout plus lunker. If we do not register nine boats before the deadline, the event will be
canceled.

Liability Release: In signing this agreement I hereby release Northeast Bassmasters, its officers, agents, employees,
and sponsors (hereinafter referred to as Northeast, et al) from any and all damages, claims, demands, costs or expenses relating
to injury of any persons or any property which I may sustain or which I may cause by reason of participating in or in connection
with this tournament.
2. Covenant Not To Sue and Waiver of Subrogation: I further agree that I will never sue
Northeast, et al for damages on account of any injury or damage I suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in
the future. In the event Northeast, et al are sued because of my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Northeast,
et al harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court costs and attorney's fees, arising with respect to such actions.
I understand that in waiving my rights to sue Northeast, et al I also am waiving the rights of recovery from Northeast, et
al I also am waiving the rights of recovery from Northeast, et al of my insurance carrier for any claims thereby may pay on
my behalf.
3. Verification of Liability Insurance: I further state that I am a current member of Northeast Bassmasters
and that I maintain liability insurance on the boat I will use in this tournament.
4. I signify by my signature above
that I have read and understand the agreements numbered 1, 2, 3, above.
Tournament Fee: $55.00 per man
(includes lunker) plus a one time membership fee of $10.00 for the season and a one time fee of $5.00 for the 2010 Big Bass
of the Year Pool. Your first event of the season is $70.00 per man or $140.00 for the team. Thereafter, the fee
per tournament will be $55.00 per man or $110.00 for the team. This fee includes the $10.00 lunker pool for the event.
We will pay back 80% of the tournament fees collected and 100% of the lunker of the day pool.
