Paul Schmidt
and
Len
Salvatore
Take Big Bass Pool!!!
The big one was found at 12:25p.m. under a dock in Lake Hopatcong on the last scheduled tournament
of the 2011 season snatching almost certain victory from Scott Mitchell and Lance Cahoon who held the big bass pool with their
5 pound 13 ounce large-mouth since the May 9th tournament on Candlewood.
This 6
pound 0.8 ounce large-mouth fell for Paul Schmidt's "Old Reliable Senko". . . at least that's what his partner and
net man, Len Salvatore, called it just moments before Paul slid the bait under the dock and yelled for the net.
The rest is history.
Congratulations to Paul and
Len for a job well done!
