                           freedom we all to often take for granted.  Its time we show them our

All tournament dates are tentative until the permits have been issued from the authorizing

Agencies and are in my possession.

There will be annual dues of $10.00 to become a Northeast member and a one time fee of $5.00 per member for the Big Bass Pool for the 2010 season.   At the conclusion of our last event 100% of the money collected from the Big Bass Pool will be awarded to the team with the biggest fish for the year.   Each tournament will cost $110.00 which includes $10.00 for the lunker pool for that day and 80% of the total less the lunker pool will be paid back to the top 3 finishers in each tournament.  Cash only will be accepted at the ramp for registration the day of the tournament.  There will be a five fish limit per team which allows an angler to fish alone should his partner not be able to fish a particular event.  Club members who pre pay for a tournament by mail prior to the event will be placed on the blast off list in the order in which they are received.  The lowest starting numbers will go to those who pay first.  If you plan to fish an event and wish to pre-pay you may send the entry fee to:

 ** Any tournament that is scheduled outside of New Jersey, i.e. Candlewood, will require the entrance fee to be pre-paid no later than one week prior to the event.  No one will be allowed to register at the ramp the day of the tournament.  We would need a minimum of ten boats to make this event worthwhile.  This would guarantee a three place payout plus lunker.  If we do not register nine boats before the deadline, the event will be canceled.

1. Liability Release - In signing this agreement I hereby release Keitech USA, its officers, agents, employees, and sponsors from any and all damages, claims, demands, costs or expensed relating to injury of any persons or any property which I may sustain or which I may cause by reason of participating in or in connection with this tournament.

2. Covenant Not To Sue and Waiver of Subrogation I further agree that I will never sue Keitech USA, et al for damages on account of any injury or damage I suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future. In the event Keitech USA, et al are sued because of my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold KEITECH USA, et al harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court costs and attorney's fees, arising with respect to such actions. I understand that in waiving my rights to sue, et al I also am waiving the rights of recovery from KEITECH USA, et al I also am waiving the rights of recovery from KEITECH USA, et al of my insurance carrier for any claims thereby may pay on my behalf.

3. Verification of Liability Insurance - I further state that I maintain liability insurance on the boat I will use in this tournament.
